Student Services (Counselors, Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech, SRO)

Support personnel at LJHS include the counselors, school psychologists, social workers, speech and  language pathologists, school nurses and health technicians. We work cooperatively as a team to support student achievement academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.  In addition, we provide support to the teachers and parents of our students.  We support students within the framework of social emotional learning standards, addressing the development of skills in the following areas:  self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, interpersonal relationships, decision-making, and responsible behaviors.
